Can rabbits eat bell peppers?

Can rabbits eat bell peppers?

Mmmmmmmm….juicy, crisp bell peppers.  We humans lovem, don’t we.  But can rabbits have them?

Yes, in fact they can.   They are a good vegetable if you’re trying to give a little variety in your rabbit’s diet, but just make sure to feed in moderation.  But as always, remember, the core of your rabbits diet should be fresh high quality timothy hay, quality pellets, and of course fresh and clean water.  This along with moderate supply of fresh vegetables can be fed, as well as the occasional fruit as a treat to round out the diet.

We hope that this post on bell peppers has been helpful.  Thanks for stopping by, and we hope to see you again real soon.

Till next time, love those bunnies!
