#6. Charlie is a Foster fail because of this picture. Anytime his pawrent would walk in his room, Charlie would run up to the side of his ex-pen and smoosh his face through the sides. Charlie has been in his new forever home for nine months now and every night he hops up on his human’s bed to say good night and is back up in the morning 5 minutes before the alarm goes off. Charlie is a very happy boy, especially after nibbling on various Healthy Snackers.
