Belinda Says Hay: ”Midwest BunFest Is Sunday, Oct. 26”

Hello. It's Belinda.

The countdown is on. It's only nine weeks away.

Sunday, Oct. 26, in Columbus, Ohio.

I'm talking about Midwest BunFest 2025.

Midwest BunFest is organized by Ohio House Rabbit Rescue. They do an excellent job in my opinion. 

This year’s theme is "Compassion in Motion." In honor of all the rescues, 
volunteers, veterinarians, adopters and everyone who works together to help rabbits.

There's a lot to do at the event. "To put it mildly."

Such as a silent auction, raffle, Ohio House Rabbit Rescue Hop Shop, bunny spa, bunny glamour shots and the Chillaxabun Lounge. The Lounge is where rabbits can take a break with hay, water and a hidey house to relax.

You can also go to educational sessions throughout the whole day and learn about rabbit health, wellness and more.

Best of all, you can "shop 'til you drop" at all the rescue and vendor tables. 

I went to BunFest a few years ago and get this. There were more than 1,000 people there. Plus a lot of rabbits.

Small Pet Select is a sponsor again this year. The team will be handing out free samples of hay and treats and more.

Rabbits are welcome but you have to pay a deposit. Tell the rabbits "no wild parties please."

If you're a rabbit and you want to come to Midwest BunFest, you need to be vaccinated against RHDV2, a virus that is very deadly to rabbits.
