Belinda Says Hay: “Clicker Training, Yes or No?”

Hello. It's Belinda.

Did you see the email on Monday about clicker training?

Well I guess my roommate saw it. Because the next day I heard her on the phone. Talking about clicker training.

A lot of what she said was muffled because she was walking around the kitchen. 

But I definitely heard “Belinda” and “tricks” and “stunts.”

And that was just the beginning.

Later that afternoon I was enjoying a half-nap when suddenly I heard a "tic tic" sound. I opened my eyes and the first thing I saw was my roommate. She was leaning against the dryer, looking down at her phone.

Then I heard it again.

"Tic tic tic."

My roommate was making the noise. She had a ballpoint pen behind her back, out of view. That's what was clicking.

She looked up at me in a sneaky manner. That's the only way I can describe it. 

I closed my eyes and ignored her.

But every day I've been nervous. Expecting to find construction cones or ramps in the dining room. I keep thinking I hear the pen. 

And all this is exactly why I can’t keep on track at work. Some big distraction always comes along and I go "off the rails."

I’m supposed to be writing about my four-year work anniversary. Which is next weekend.

This blog is for professional spokesrabbit business. Not a "how to" on jumping over hurdles or doing "wheelies."

I'm not athletic. I don't even watch sports on TV.

But my roommate does. She likes to watch the Olympics, especially the gymnasts. That's how she gets these ideas in her head. About teaching me to do flips.

Not to be rude but it's enough of a trick and a stunt getting this blog done every week. 

Especially four years in a row.
