First things first. I'm sure you're wondering who won my big five-year anniversary $1000 giveaway.
I chose the four winners with a random drawing. I contacted them and I'm still waiting to hear back from one.
It's exciting to send out good news like that. "To put it mildly."
It's not every day that I get to give $1000 "shopping sprees" to two people and two rescues.
Anyway once I talk to that fourth winner I'll make the big announcement. Thanks again for entering my giveaway and spreading the word.
Speaking of big announcement.
It's back.
I'm talking about Midwest BunFest.
In Columbus, Ohio, on Saturday, October 22.
BunFest is organized by Ohio House Rabbit Rescue. They do an A+ job in my opinion.
At the event, you can shop, attend educational sessions, talk to people from rescues, and a lot more.
Are you going?
The whole thing starts at 10 a.m. and wraps up at 4 p.m.
And this year it's at the Sheraton Suites Columbus Worthington. So you can just roll out of bed and take the elevator downstairs to the "shindig."
It's fun to stay at a hotel.

I keep waiting to hear if I'm going this year. You would think the team would give me a month or two to prepare.
I'm not good at doing things at the last minute. I like to make lists and "pre-pack."
