Belinda Says Hay: “Can You Help Me Write My Blog?”

Belinda Says Hay_Can You Help Me Write My Blog

Hello. It's Belinda.

As you can see by the title I need a little help today.

So if you have time, please leave a comment at the bottom of the blog. A sentence or two is fine.

Also, I hope you saw the great news. Abigail is back home and she feels 100% better.

We had our weekly meeting yesterday and we didn't talk "one lick" about work. We talked about vets. Mostly the way they smell.

Not to be rude but the vet office smells like disinfectant. I'm not a fan.

I was so happy that Abigail was home that I let my boyfriend's companion, also known as "Little Fang," say hello. Through the computer gizmo.

She told Abigail "get well soon" which doesn't make sense. Abigail is already well.

Anyway, Little Fang has been very nice to me the past few weeks. She knew I couldn't sleep or focus on my work.

She even offered to help me write my hay reports and blogs.

Let that sink in.

Little Fang is my best friend here at home. But come on.

I can't let her near my work papers. She's in her own "little world."

Here's an example of what I mean.

When Abigail went to the vet, my roommate knew I would need extra food. That's just how I am.

So at bedtime she's been giving us double treats. One loop and one pumpkin healthy snacker. Pumpkin because it's fall.

Well get this. The other night I was nodding off after I enjoyed my treats when I heard Little Fang talking in a low voice.

"Well that's a good point."

"True, true. But I need more time."

Who was she talking to?

My roommate had already said good night and walked back upstairs. There was no one else in the room.

"You're right. I should get a second opinion."

This racket could go on all night. It wouldn't be the first time.

I stood and turned, ready to hush her, when I saw it.

Little Fang still had both treats. She hadn't touched them.

The pumpkin snacker and the loop were side by side on a little plate. She was looking down at the plate and talking.

She was talking to the loop and the pumpkin snacker.

She looked up at me.

"I can't make up my mind."

Then she said it.

"I can't decide which one to eat first."

I didn't say a word.

But there you go.

Anyway, I would actually like some help with today's blog.

Especially if you went to Midwest BunFest. I suppose you're still at the hotel.

I have major "FOMO" about this if you want to know the truth. Fear of missing out.

Two years ago I was riding around at BunFest making new friends.

I wish I was cruising in my Belindamobile. Up and down the halls at the hotel.

If you were in Columbus, Ohio, this weekend, leave a comment below. Let me know what you did and who you saw.

If you stayed home like me, leave a comment anyway. Tell me something about your town or what you had for breakfast.

Or if you can see any "fall color" where you live.

If the comments don't work for you, email me at Belinda@smallpetselect.com.

I'm in the mood for some "light reading."

I hope you have a good week.

Sincerely,

Belinda
