CHAPTER 216 – Dance Like Nobody’s Watching
As the sun rose, the darkness of night gave way to the light of day. The living room was lit up like a stage for the start of another day. Abigail was happy. She had a good life at the House of Buns. There was always plenty of fresh greens and hay. She had a dad who loved her and gave her lots of pets and treats. And she was free to roam – anytime and anywhere.
Looking at all that open space in front of her, she couldn’t help herself. She launched into the air, did a half binky, and then skipped across the room. She ran zoomies around the couch and the coffee table, zipping back and forth. Enzo stared at her, but she didn’t care. She danced like nobody was watching.
She was a happy girl.
