Hello. It's Belinda.
I hope you're in the mood for a little fun today. Because I am.
Things are going to "heat up" at work soon enough with the holidays. I want to goof off while I can.
So last week I told you about how I hid from the petsitter.
She looked high and low. Couldn't find me anywhere. I have an excellent "hidey spot."
Please don't ask where it is. "The walls have ears" if you know what I mean.
Well it turns out I'm not the only one.
Some of you sent messages to me or left comments about your own "burrows" in the house.
For example look at this photo.
It's from Lisa R, who lives with Former Foster Bunny Faith.
I usually nap behind the couch but Former Foster Bunny Faith has a different approach.
There's a lesson here for all of us in my opinion. If you can't squeeze behind the furniture, work with what you have.
Next up is something from my friend Willow.
Actually his roommate Patti S R shared the photo.
Unfortunately Willow is not shown. It's just a cat tree and three toy rabbits.
But the tree makes a good tunnel. Which is handy if you need to "amscray."
And here's another photo without a rabbit. This one is from Aleshia P.
I stared at this for five minutes and can't find anyone.
But if I did, it would be my friend Dolly somewhere in the "stuffed animals" section of the room. It's just a hunch.
I have one more photo.
I don't know their names but I do know they like to hide under the computer tables at their house.
Their roommate Kelly says they are the "best coworkers ever" which is a super-nice thing to say. If I go anywhere near computer tables I get a lecture about "cords" and "wires."
I asked if they might be some of my relatives from New Zealand. Kelly told me "there’s a strong chance you could be their 22nd cousin."
How do you like that.
That's all the photos for now and I have to hand it to all of you. There are a lot of "Sneaky McSneakersons" out there. Rabbits are good hiders.
And roommates can be good finders. But not my petsitter.
She tried her best. I'll give her that. I was watching her from inside my hidey spot.
In fact I was so inspired that I drew her portrait.
That's her saying "Where are you? Belinda where are you?"
She was pretty close by the way.
OK that's enough blog for today. I hope you have a good week.
Please don't show this drawing to the petsitter. It's not her fault.
Sincerely,
Belinda
