Chapter 74 - The HoB Musical
Enzo and Merlot were sitting in the living room looking out the window when Dad breezed in. “Hi guys, how are you doing?” he asked. Enzo thought, “We fine.”
Just then, Dad broke into one of his silly bun songs:
Enzo and Merlot are cute as they can be
Enzo and Merlot are quite the sight to see
Enzo, loves Merlot
Merlot, loves Enzo, too!
Doo doo deep doo!
Merlot looked at Enzo and said, “He sings us a lot, doesn’t he?” Enzo replied, “Ya. It kinda like living in a musical. He talk. Den he sing!”
Merlot asked, “Do you think other bun parents do that, too?” Enzo paused for a moment and said, “Well, Belinda say her roommate do da same ting, so ya, I guess so. He a little weird. But I wuv him.”
Merlot agreed, “Yeah, me, too!”
