Chapter 139 - Rabbit Logic
Dino and Merlot watched Dad empty the litter boxes. Up until now, Dino had been very good at always using the litter box. Dino wondered, “Dad always empty da litter box. Dat look like a lot of work. Maybe we can help.”
Merlot wondered, “Like, how?”
Dino rationalized, “Well, if we don’t poop in da box, den he don’t have to empty it.”
That made sense to Merlot. The two bunnies decided to try it and started pooping outside the box.
A few days passed and they watched Dad as he vacuumed up their poop. He looked in the litter box, but it was clean, so he didn’t empty it. He shook his head. He couldn’t understand why they went from religiously using the litter box to pooping outside the box.
Dino looked at Merlot and said, “See? Now he don’t have to empty da box!”
Merlot nodded. It all made sense to them!
Dino and Merlot try to help Dad by pooping outside the litter box.
